Richard Gargon
Headteacher, Strategic Excellence, Innovation & Quality Assurance
Richard has been working in education for 30 years; over 20 of these in senior leadership posts. He joined Humberston Park School in 2022 as the Headteacher: his fourth post as Headteacher/Principal.
Richard has a passion for SEND inclusion, equity and helping to create and innovate school provision that gives each young person the best quality of experience. He has also chaired the SE & London regional PfA provider and local authorities improvement group and was the South East Regional Director for NATSPEC. Richard is an accredited School Improvement Partner and has previously worked as a DfE Specialist Leader of Education.
