Holly Hilton

Holly was born and bred in Lincolnshire. She is a corporate and commercial solicitor at Wilkin Chapman LLP, Grimsby where she trained and qualified in 2022. Whilst her bread and butter is sales and acquisitions of businesses and the drafting of commercial contracts, she has a particular interest and specialism in education law and has led on numerous academy conversions and MAT mergers. Holly brings to this role an understanding and experience in both business law and education law. Teamed with her local knowledge and passion for equal access to education for all young people, Holly believes she brings something unique to the Trust Board.
